Why don't studios re-release classic movies to theaters?

I would think they would make tons of money. You got these large cinemas all over playing stupid movies on two screens all day long, I would think they could have a special screening of the greatest movies ever made on one screen all the time. I would think millions of people would pay full price to see The Godfather, Star Wars, Casablanca, Gone With The Wind, Schindler's List, Titanic, etc...
