Did I eat okay today?
I mean it's okay, but not the best. First off, Special K Chocolaty Delight is a processed food, not good at all. Try replacing the cereal with a fruit, maybe grapefruit. Also, you need more protein in your diet, so try whey protein shakes with your breakfast. your snack is good, but remember that banana is a sugary fruit, so if you want drastic results, try eating 1/2 a banana and blueberries or raspberries. Your lunch is good, but you need more meat, protein. try adding some lean chicken breast to your wrap. Ditch the cheez its completely! If you want to know why, place a cheez it on a piece of paper overnight and when you wake up, you'll see a wet spot around the cheez it, that is all the fat and oil in one cheez it! Replace the cheez its with something like 8-10 salt free almonds. Your midafternoon snack is okay, just don't eat too many chips because they most likely do contain salt, which will cause you to bloat. Dinner sounds good, but again, add fish or chicken just to get in your protein for the day. You're also doing good with the water, remember ONE whole gallon a day is perfect for losing weight and cleansing your system :)
