What drink should I serve with a fresh salsa hor' dourve at this wine pairing?

My sister and I are responsible for serving one drink and hor' dourve at a wine pairing over the 4th of July. She has already come up with a really good fresh salsa made with avocados, tomatoes, peppers, etc. that we will probably serve on crackers or tortilla chips. Can you think of any drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic (there will be some kids), that we could pair with it? It doesn't have to be a red wine, it can be a white wine, beer, mixed drink, juice, smoothie, anything. Recipes are also appreciated! Thank you!
