How do you cook and make chicken breast moist?

my dad loves making whole chicken in the grill and the breast comes out moist enough, though i have no idea how long its in there. my mom also makes it fried in a pan covered with saltine crackers and those are amazing, though i don't think you what something like those ones. i love making it in the oven covered with aluminum foil some veggies like onions, potatoes carrots, add about a table spoon of butter/margarine italian seasoning, pinch of salt and pepper and those come out good too. we are all chicken breast lovers :). good luck!
