Rotten tomatoes and Netflix question?

On rotten tomatoes when you look up a movie there's a link that says add to queue. If you clicked that and put that movie on your instant queue, would that make that movie that was not previously available on Netflix instant available to watch? Basically, it the movie wasn't there before but you clicked the link on rotten tomatoes to add it to your queue, is it added to the list of available titles?
